Robotic Front Toe Automation
Fori Korea was selected by a customer to help them develop a Robotic Front Toe Alignment system on an existing 3-D wheel alignment system.
Fori integrated two collaborative robots, mounted on a pillar module into an existing Fori 3-D wheel aligner.
The front toe set gearheads were designed and built at Fori Korea. These gearheads are mounted on torque tools and are patent pending.
The first system was installed in September of 2021, with two additional systems planned for the end of the year.
