Rail Guided Carts (RGCs)

The Fori Flex Rail system utilizing Rail Guided Carts (RGCs) is a cost effective, flexible replacement for traditional conveyor systems typically supplied in automated assembly and material handling systems. The RGCs decrease the time required for setup and commissioning at the end users facility, improving system lead time. The rail based system can be easily adjusted to change RGC routing, improving system flexibility versus traditional conveyors. Additionally, the universal RGC base can be re-tooled for future programs, allowing for capital reutilization on future programs.

  • Power Options

    Fori offers a wide variety of different power options depending on the RGC configuration and required throughput. A power source is generally selected once the process has been determined and a few factors are known such as: number of shifts/moves, current throughput, environmental conditions, available charge versus run time and required system voltage.
