Main Line / Driverless Alignment
The vehicle moves through the line and can be aligned without an operator / driver.
- The Wheel alignment system is integrated into the main conveyor line at a stop and go station. The floating plates are raised into position by servomotor and simulate the vehicle weight.
- The vision system is used to measure the true steering wheel angle when locked at center to make the system completely driver-less wheelbase
